Antoinette (Potenza) Vosecek, 86, affectionately known as “Nettie” or “Toni,” of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Schenectady, New York, Toni was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dora Potenza. She graduated from Mont Pleasant High School and, in 1961, married the love of her life, William “Bill” Vosecek. Together, they built a beautiful life, raising five children and sharing 61 wonderful years of marriage.
Toni worked as a lunch server at Mohonasen High School, where she was known for her warm personality and friendly smile. In 1999, Toni and Bill relocated to Port St. Lucie, Florida, where she enjoyed playing cards, cooking, shopping, watching game shows, and keeping up with her favorite soap operas.
Above all, Toni's greatest joy was her family. She loved nothing more than bringing everyone together, entertaining family and friends, and filling her home with laughter, love, and delicious food. Her home was always a place where everyone felt welcome, and the memories made around her table will be cherished forever.
Toni was predeceased by her beloved husband, William “Bill” Vosecek.
She leaves behind her five loving children: Kimberly (Kevin) Stapf, Doreen (Paul) Bialahoski, April Bloom, William (Raju) Vosecek, and Joseph Vosecek. She was the cherished grandmother of Nichole (Jeremy) Trudell, Sarah (Craig) Appell, Christine Knoblauch, Kelly (Adrian) Molina, Kevin (Krista) Stapf, and Megan Bloom. She is also survived by seven beautiful great-grandchildren, who brought her tremendous happiness and pride. She is predeceased by her sisters, Barbara Crisci and Patrica Revella.
Toni will be remembered for her love of family, her generous heart, and the warmth she brought to everyone around her. Though she will be deeply missed, her love, laughter, and beautiful memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Forever loved, always remembered, and never forgotten.
