Barbara E. Kramer, 85, was born in Bronx, New York to Gustav and Elsie (Jinks) Pearson on February 13, 1940 and passed away in Port Saint Lucie, Florida on April 6, 2025 at Treasure Coast Hospice, Fort Pierce, FL.
Barbara married Matthew J. Kramer on October 6, 1978 in St. Patrick’s Church, Chateaugay, NY.
She worked for the Town of Chateaugay before retirement. Barbara was an avid gardener and artist having received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the State University of New York at Potsdam in 1978.
She is survived by siblings, Judith Martens, Port St. Lucie, FL, and John Pearson, Burnsville, NC; children, Laura J. Chichester of Raymond, NH, John C. Chichester of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Mark H. Chichester of Spring Hill, FL, and Peter J. Chichester of Post Falls, ID; and five grandchildren, John C. Chichester Jr., Matthew, Anna, Brian and Nicholas Chichester. Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Matthew J. Kramer and brother, Richard A.F. Pearson Sr. both of Merrill, NY.
