Brandon, 

I still can not believe you are gone. It has been over a year already. I think about you everyday and sometimes I still pick up my phone to call you until I remember I cant. I miss you man.

Brandon always had a smile for everyone he was around. He was one of the most easy-going people I have known. Words cannot express my sorrow over your loss, Jacquie, I am truly heartbroken for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Cowen family. It kills me that such bad things happened to this great husband/father/friend. This has been a long journey for the both of you and I'm so sorry that this was the ending. He deserved a better one. Just remember you both are always in my thoughts. Brandon was more than a friend he was family and my heart truly breaks knowing he's gone. The only silver lining is that hopefully he is at peace and enjoying time with his son.

I didn't get the pleasure of getting to know Brandon very well, but, every time I saw him and from everything I heard from my friend Jacquie he was a sweetheart and a real gentleman. He made her SO very happy,  and he was taken from her way too soon.

Brandon was one of my favorites, and definitely a student who was capable of teaching his teacher.  His kindness, courage, humor, and humility will not be forgotten.  You will be sorely missed my friend.

Brandon was one of the first people I met when I moved to psl and started working at coca cola in west palm...and I instantly recognized a humble, funny, sincere and loyal person. I saw great potential in him both professionally and personally and am deeply saddened that we lost someone so special...so soon. Keep a cold one waiting for me - I am sure there are some angels playing Edward 40 hands right now...buffalo!

Although I never knew Brandon personally, he made my good friend Jacquie incredibly happy. I know that he was a good man that gave her a beautiful daughter and he can watch over his family now

I knew Brandon and his family when he was in elementary school at Mariposa. I haven't seen him or his family in years.  I want to offer my condolences to his family and let you know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm friends with Cheryl, his Mom. I can understand why his personality was what you knew him to be. My heart goes out to the whole family.

This is so sad. I haven't seen him in years but I will always remember him as a nice guy that was always smiling. RIP.

I did not know Brandon, but my husband always spoke so highly of him and his generosity. My prayers go to his family during this difficult time.

You know you are in good company when you can share a good, sober guffaw with someone.  Those were endless with Brandon.  It had been years since I saw him, but Brandon's smile is everlasting.

Time really went by. I knew Brandon to be an awesome, funny person. My heart breaks to see such a person taken from us at a young age. I'm so sorry for everyone's loss.

BRANDON WAS AN AMAZING PERSON AND GREAT FRIEND!  High school and band wouldn't have been the same without him. The prayers and thoughts from my family and all the friends that he has touched are with you and the family Jackie. You will be missed and do me a favor and do a double tribute with your first born.

I remember Brandon and my brother, Devan hanging out as kids. I never in a million years would think someone so young would be gone that we knew. My heartfelt condolences go out to all of his family.

Brandon was a guy who knew how to laugh and make others laugh. I haven't met a single person to ever say anything negative about him.  When he entered fatherhood, he became an even better and mentally stronger man. He will be deeply missed.

I didn't have the opportunity to meet Brandon, but I have know Jacquie for quite some time. I know what he loved her and was a wonderful husband to Jacquie and father to Dom and little Avery. I pray that he lives on in their lives and they know how much of a great dad that he was. Prayers and love for you whole family.

While I didn't have the opportunity to know Brandon well, I've known his beautiful wife Jacquie for a while now. Knowing Jacquie and how much her happiness increased with Brandon as part of her life told me all I needed to know he was an awesome guy. He was obviously a wonderful husband and friend to her and a great father to Dom & Avery.

I feel so fortunate to have had a change to meet Brandon.

Brandon was such a special friend to our son Anderson. He always had that big grin and was just a terrific person. Always there willing to help out and be part of the extended family. He fought with everything he had to be here for his family. As I said before, he left us the gift of knowledge that the doctors learned from the struggle he was willing to take. What they learned will help someone else have a better chance. Loving and caring is the legacy he leaves in the hearts of those that knew him.
