David D Slaght

David D Slaght, was born in August 1, 1945 and passed away February 12, 2026. David, a native of Rockland County, New York, then relocating to Hobe Sound, Florida in 1981 and later made Port St. Lucie, Florida his home in 1991.

Before his retirement, he owned and operated a wholesale picture frame manufacturing business in New York. In addition to his entrepreneurial success, he was a professional photographer in New York, capturing moments and memories through his creative lens. After moving to Florida, he became the founder and owner of an investment banking firm, expanding the company to eight office locations.

He had a passion for motorcycles and vintage Corvettes and enjoyed the freedom and craftsmanship they represented.

A visitation will be held at Aycock Funeral Home, located at 1504 Southeast Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983, on March 2, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A committal service will take place at Howey In the Hills Town Hall, 101 N Palm Ave, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL 34737, on March 3, 2026, from 12:00 pm.
