OWENS, Diana Lynn (Diane) of Fort Pierce, Florida, went Home to her Lord and Saviour on December 13th, 2018. Diane was born to Elmer and Catherine (McKinnon) Crenshaw in Roseville, California on November 26th, 1956. Diane was married to Daniel Owens in Rio Linda, California, on December 17th, 1972, after his separation from the Navy. Diane was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic liver cancer following an auto accident on December 1st, and her cancer advanced rapidly as her body turned to fighting her injuries instead of the cancer. Her final breath was taken at the Treasure Coast Hospice of Fort Pierce, Florida, as she passed peacefully from this life to her eternal life in Heaven. Diane was a devout follower of Jesus Christ and had no fear of where she would be spending her afterlife. Diane devoted herself to taking care of others, both as a pre-school teacher for many years, and her family and home. She was a member of Neighborhood Alliance Church in Longwood, Florida for more than 20 years, and was attending Westside Church in Fort Pierce, Florida after relocating in 2017 to be nearer to her daughter. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Daniel, her daughter Laurie, two younger sisters, Donna (Chad) Maxey of Olivehurst, California, and Darlene (John) Elias of Sacramento, California. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
