Doris May Kuplic

Doris was born in Millinocket, Maine to Louis and Elsie Deschaines. Upon moving to Florida, Doris volunteered her time with St. Vincent De Paul. She was very active at Parks Edge Community in Port St. Lucie. She was a world traveler, and enjoyed seeing new places as often as she could. Doris enjoyed bowling in her younger years. She enjoyed playing cards and visiting casinos in her spare time. She was known for her stories and loved talking to people and hearing about their lives and telling them of hers. Most dear to Doris was her family. She would do anything she could for her family. Doris was known not to miss her grandchildren’s birthdays.

Doris was predeceased by her husband, James Willard Kuplic; son, Tracy Lee Kuplic; and brothers, Bob and George Deschaines.

Survivors include her son, Timothy J. Kuplic; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Theresa Thibeault, Nancy O’Connell, and Betty Cairns; and brother, Carroll Deschaines.

A Gathering of friends and family will take place from 10am-1pm at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive Port St. Lucie, Florida 34984. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 2 pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Port St. Lucie.
