Born in New Jersey, he was a resident of Stuart for 22 years, moving from Millburn, NJ.
Prior to retirement, Frank worked as a Supervisor for Dorchester,, Inc. in Millburn, NJ for 20 years.
He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include a daughter Karen Kaminsky of Lambertville, NJ; two grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
