Hunter, it has been a while since we lost you, but you are still on our minds and forever in our heart. You will never be forgotten.

   As a young child, I remember Hunter being such a happy, kind and energtic student.  He had a beautiful smile that just warmed your soul.  To Hunter's family and friends, I offer you my deepest sympathy and prayers.    May God hold you in His Hands.

Although, I have never met Hunter. Mrs. Jan spoke highly of him & talked about him alot. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of his family.Very sorry for your loss.

hunter was a wonderful person.My mom would look foward to seeing him come home from school.He was very helping in helping my mom.He really cared.My family were very grateful.He will be missed

I remember Hunter telling me he was mad I was a day older then him. :) I will always remember him as a sweetheart that put everyone first and kept smiles on everybodys faces. I will miss you. And I will try to always come see you on your birthday. BUT...im still older :)

We would see Hunter walking his dog and being a great brother to his little sister. He was always respectful and friendly.  He will be missed. Our prayers and deepest sympathy.

Hunter was in my 2nd grade class at San Pablo Elem. in Jax. Bch. He was a bundle of energy and very sweet and easy going.  Jan Friend, grandmother, was my assistant for several years. What a precious gift from God.  Mrs. Carroll Miniard and I taught Hunter in third grade.  I will never forget his sweet smile and the hugs he gave me each morning and each afternoon.  We had a special bond that will never be forgotten.  Rest easy knowing he is in God's arms and we will see him again.  I am praying for all of you and sending lots of love from San Pablo Elementary! Celebrate the memories, I know I will.  Love to you all!

My heart aches to hear what happened to Hunter.  I was Hunter's elementary school principal at San Pablo Elementary, and his grandmother has worked with me for over 11 years.  When his grandmother heard the news, she was with me.  Hunter was an energetic student in school who kept us all on our toes.  I remember the little boy with red hair and freckles.  I became very close to the family over the years.  I have some idea of what the family is experiencing right now, because I lost a nephew who was struck by a drunk-driver in January 2007.  He was 17 and due to graduate in May 2007.  My nephew was the same age of my oldest son and would come and stay with us during the summer months.  He was very close to our family, and the tragedy hit us very hard.  The Sabal Palm Elementary School faculty and staff send our condolensces to Hunter's family. He will be missed!

Hunter was an amazing young man and was a great JROTC cadet. Always respectful and kind to everyone around him. My deepest sympathies for his family and friends, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Hunter was the kind of student that left a lifelong memory with you. Donna Younger and I taught him in Third Grade at San Pablo Elementary School in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He always had something hilarious to say and kept all of us in stitches. He was a fun loving young man who never met a stranger. He was refreshingly honest which was something to be admired. He always worked to the best of his ability in his schoolwork. We will really miss his bright smile that would just light up the room. Rest in peace sweet young man. We will all miss you terribly, but you rest easy in God's open awaiting arms. I love and miss you, precious child of God.

I was so inspired to hear Wendy speak about the loss of her son Hunter. I am the survivor of a fatal car wreck that took the lives of my three children 25 years ago. It seems like yesterday. What kept me going was giving back to other parents. When she spoke of being 'touched' by the family in Tennessee it brought back the reminder of not what Wendy and Dan  lost but what a legacy Hunter left behind. Always remember the love of Hunter and not the "violent nature"of his passing. Forgiveness is your greatest ally.

I only met Hunter once but remember him vividly.  He is a close friend with my son.  God please take him under your wing and show him the glory of your kingdom.  May he only experience all the wonderful things that heaven has to offer.  Please watch over his family and comfort them.  Rest in peace sweet boy.  We will see you again.

I remember Hunter from Oceanway in Jacksonville.  He was always bouncing all over the place and had to get in the last word no matter what.  

Looking though the pictures I can see what a wonderful young man he has grown to be.  He will truly be missed.
