

Jackie was the daughter of Madeleine Ledoux Freni of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and the late Richard D. Freni of Stuart, Florida. She is survived by her siblings; Linda Freni, Michele Jaeger and her husband John Jaeger, and Richard Freni and his fiancé Anne Plaisted. She is lovingly remembered by her niece, Meghan Jaeger, and nephew James Jaeger and his wife Caitlin Jaeger.
Jackie attended school in Belmont, MA and graduated from high school in Framingham, MA. Jackie moved to Manhattan in her 20’s and spent her career in New York City working for Mutual of America. She retired after 30 plus years with the company.
Jackie enjoyed spending time with her niece and nephew who she loved like her own. She took many wonderful trips with them including frequent visits to Disney. She enjoyed traveling with her sister Linda, and often went to France to visit her mother’s family with whom she remained close.
Jackie’s favorite place was the family cottage that her parents built in Belmont, New Hampshire located on a small lake. She spent many summers there enjoying life on the lake and is fondly remembered standing at the griddle cooking blueberry pancakes for family and friends. She loved boating on Lake Winnipesaukee and spent many summer days swimming, picnicking, and exploring the lake on the family boat.
Jackie retired to Stuart, FL and then Port Saint Lucie, FL, where she enjoyed playing cards and going out to eat with family and friends. She continued to enjoy traveling in retirement and took many cruises and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and the casino. Jackie loved spending time with the family dog, Bentley, and they became very fond of each other.
Aycock funeral home in Port Saint Lucie has been entrusted with Jackie’s arrangements. Per Jackie’s wishes, no services will be held, however a celebration of life will be held in her honor at a later date.
