James Howard Bailey passed away from Cardiac Arrest following Heart Surgery on Friday, November 27, 2015 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce, FL at 63 years of age. He was born August 12, 1952 in La Marque, Texas. He lived most of his adult life in Austin, Texas before moving to Stuart, Florida to raise his family. He is survived by his wife, Susan Bailey of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Blake Jacob Bailey of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Kendall Marie Bailey of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Emily Rose Bailey of Port St. Lucie, FL; and his three grandchildren, Collen James Bailey, Chloe Anne Bailey and Oliver Thomas Adams. He was an avid surfer, talented contractor and passionate golfer. He will be remembered by family and friends as a loving father, with endless stories from travel and an open heart. There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The American Heart Association.
