Jim was a devoted and loving husband to Barbara Leedy Willard Bullis, with whom he shared a deep and enduring bond. He was a proud and caring father to his three children: Kathy Reynolds (husband Steve Reynolds), Ken Bullis (wife Charlene Bullis), and Scott Bullis (wife Audrey Bullis). He was also a beloved stepfather to Diane Willard and Cindy Knight, who treasured the time they spent getting to know and love him. His family extends to his grandchildren, all of whom brought him great joy and pride.
He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Gregory and Evelyn Bullis. Jim now joins his beloved brothers, Frank Bullis and Glenn Bullis Sr, in eternal rest.
Born and raised in Painesville, Ohio, Jim began his working life as a school bus driver, a role that reflected his steady and caring nature. Later, he moved to Florida, where he spent 20 years working for Ranger Road Construction, a job he truly loved and took great pride in.
Jim had a passion for sports and was an enthusiastic fan, especially of the Miami Dolphins and Florida Panthers. Beyond his love of the game, he was known for his thoughtful nature and enjoyed engaging in deep, philosophical conversations with family and friends.
Above all, Jim was a man full of life, warmth, and kindness. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be profoundly missed.
May he rest in well-deserved peace.
