

JAMES ‘JIM’ SULLIVAN, son of George and Agnes Sullivan, is preceded in death by a beloved son, James Patrick. He is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Sharon. A devoted family man, he lovingly raised his two stepchildren, Cynthia and Edward. In Michigan, he leaves 4 daughters, Ann, Cindy, Denise and Carole and a brother, Donald. Jim thoroughly enjoyed life and people and they loved him back. After returning to Michigan from serving in World War 2 with the Army, Jim joined Chrysler. He retired as a tool and die engineer from Chrysler after earning many awards. He went on to become certified in the PGA and WPGA as a professional golf instructor. He taught golf for many years through Stuart Parks and Recreation Department and in Michigan at Indian Springs Metro Parks. He loved golf and loved teaching his students. In Michigan he was very active in the Lions Club, a cause very near and dear to his heart. Jim was an honorable man with a strong sense of civic duty and charity.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 16, 9:30AM – 10:30AM at the Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL. A Memorial Mass will follow Thursday, February 16, 2017, 11:00AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL.
