

Born August 27, 1942 in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Rita (Plourde) Landry. A graduate of Dominican Academy, she was most recently employed in the bus transportation industry prior to her retirement. She and her husband lived for most of their lives in Tiverton. RI, before retiring to Port St. Lucie in 2004.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish of Port St. Lucie and active in its Council of Catholic Women. Jan enjoyed quilting, sewing, painting and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children and their spouses; Diane Mello (David) of Tiverton, RI, Lisa Vincent (Roger Guillemette) of Little Compton, RI, Kim Placido (Michael) of Westport, MA and David Vincent (Emily) of West Palm Beach; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother, Raymond Landry (Joyce) of Summerfield, FL and sister-in-law, Joan Vincent of Fall River, MA. She is predeceased by her brother, Len Landry (Linda) of Georgia. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews whom she adored.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 9:30AM – 10:30AM at the Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie. A Funeral Mass will follow on Thursday, February 2, 2017, 11:00AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Theresa Church, Tiverton, RI at a later date.
