Born in Nashville, TN, he was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL.
During the Viet Nam War, Jerry served in the US Army. Mr. Adams was an Engineer for City Government.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Adams; two sons, Phil and Charles; three grandchildren, Brianna, Amber and Brooke; and a brother, Stephen C. Adams.
A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, June 7, 2016, 6:30PM at Liberty Baptist Church, Port St. Lucie, FL.
