

Born in New Bedford, MA, Joseph was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 2004, moving from Deerfield Beach, FL.
During the Korean War, Mr. Foley served in the US Army.
Prior to retirement, he was a Teacher for Englesby Jr. High School in Dracut, MA for 34 years.
Joseph was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, Port St. Lucie, FL.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Bridget Bullard.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Foley of Port St. Lucie, FL; one daughter Jeanne Laurello of Westford, MA; two sons, Peter J. Foley and his wife Ellen Russell of Wilbraham, MA, James A. Foley of Austin, TX; seven grandchildren Michael, Jenny, Colin, Abby, Megan, Andrew, Chris; one sister, Sister Zita Foley of Swansea, MA; and two brothers, Peter Foley and wife Sue Henning of Worthington, MA and Leo Foley and his wife Marge of Las Vegas, NV.
A Funeral Service will be Friday, April 19, 2013, 10:00AM at the Church of the Nativity Episcopal Church, Port St. Lucie, FL.
