My baby brother, we miss you soo much. Just to let you know the baby is getting so big. Wish you were here to meet her. We wil tell her all about you. She already knows who kiss is.  You are in our hearts and our thoughts everyday. I had a dinner party on the 14th in your memory.  Cindy, Albie, Kelly, Baby Cecily and Sasha, we were here all together.  I miss mommy  terribly too.

I just watched some KISS concert footage and thought of you and your mom.  It is still weird not having you around to talk to.  There have been many days that made me wish you were.  Every night when I look up in the sky, I talk to you.  There is part of a constellation that I use to find you and I talk to you and tell you things.  Please look over Mikey...sad.

I just found out about Joey and Sarah passing; I am heartfelt in saying my condolences to the family!  I am so sorry for you loss; my family and I moved to AZ back in August of 2012 and I had no idea what was going on in NM, or FL for that matter.  I was blessed to be touched by Joe and Sarah and what amazing and giving individuals they were!  God rest your sweet soul Joey, you were definitely one of a kind and such a great, generous man!!  And your amazing voice....I'll never forget Earth, Wind and Fire, and Luther, you were always spot on!!  Unbelievable talent!  RIP Joey!!!!  Always, Lucy

I don't know what to say....I've never written on here...and I am sorry Joey. I just have not come to the realization that my favorite person is gone. Joey, you were my uncle but we were like brothers and always will be...and you were also my best friend...it's so sad without you in my life. You meant so much to me. You inspired me to become the musician I am and I'm so happy I got the chance to be your inspiration as well and got you into drumming again. I know you talk to me in music. Everytime I hear KISS, Van Halen, Scorpions...playing on the radio. I just know it's you talking to me. I couldn't do this before I've been in pain...my heart hurts still. I feel like I have so much to say to you...Cecily is getting so Big. You would be proud of the father that I have become. I know we'll see each other again...and ill bring the drum kit.

I just wanted to let you know that I STILL can't believe you are gone and I miss you terribly.  I think of you everyday---and every single night Chad and I look up to the sky and say hello to you.  I don't know if you hear me or not, but it makes me feel better.  I listen to songs on my phone and one will inevitably pop up that you used to sing and I sit there and listen to it over and over and cry like a baby.  It still is hard to wrap my head and heart around the fact that you are gone.  Find a way to sit on Mikey's shoulder for a while.  He is devestated and very ill.  We all are.  I talked to Rita yesterday and we made each other laugh and chit-chatted for over an hour.  I'm so glad she was in your life again making you googly  :-)  She misses you so much it makes me hurt.  Enough babbling.  I just wanted to let you know that I miss you.

Hey there Joe, It's taken some time for me to face the fact that you're gone. So so very glad that I was able to bring you and your best friend Stevie D back together. You guys had a year back in contact and actually walked down Arthur Ave in the Bronx, for who would ever guess, the last time together. I know how being back in contact with you meant SO SO VERY much to Steve. He's still dealing with it. He had his buddy back in in his life and then you were gone. You meant so much to him Joe and Steve loved you so much. It's just gonna take some time for him to get used to the idea that you're gone. Gone too soon, but never forgotten. I met you once, we spoke a couple of times on the phone and back and forth on Facebook and yet I must admit I was so taken aback at your passing. I only wish that you and Steve would have had more time together, and that I could have gotten to know you better. I am now friends with Rita. She's a lovely person. She loved and adored you and me and Steve will keep in contact with her. You're one of God's angels now Joe. You've earned your wings. You lived an honorable and noble life. Everyone always mentions how you sang to them. Just saying Joe....... you never sang to me. Ha, Ha. Every now and then a song will come on the radio and Steve will say....."Joe used to sing this song". All happy memories. Rest in peace Joe. Gone too soon but YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. You left behind a legacy of love. Till we meet again, if I ever get there.... LOL.

After 20 years with no contact, I got a sudden urge to just call the number Joe had emailed me a week before. It was November 13th, and I spoke with Joe for well over 2 hours!  It was truly joyous, we were laughing at the past, dishing the present, and planning for the future -- We truly connected and covered everything. Not even a slight coincidence in my opinion.

Joe, Chad and I miss and think of you every single day.  I still don't think the shock has worn off that we won't be able to ask you for advice or send you a picture or hear your voice--especially your beautiful, soulful singing voice.  I am so full of selfish sadness, but I know you are being protected by our loving God and that he has embraced you lovingly in his arms and shown you his glorious kingdom.
