Born in Hackensack, NJ, Randy was a resident of Port St. Lucie FL for 15 years.
He was a long-time firefighter for the Hillsdale Fire Department in NJ; and a painter by trade.
Survivors include a son, Evan Zimmerman; a daughter, Colleen Zimmerman; his mother, Dorothy Zimmerman of Port St. Lucie, FL; one brother, James and his wife Trish Zimmerman of Oakland, NJ; three aunts, Harriet Devine of Port St. Lucie, FL, Jane Potter of Glenfalls, NY, Irene Adams of South Hampton, Mass; three uncles, Edwin Ehrhardt of Nyack, NY, Frank Ehrhardt of Madison, TN, Ronald Ehrhardt of NV; two nieces and 16 cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, James Zimmerman.
Inurnment will be in Westwood, NJ.
