Born in Byron Bergen, New York, he lived in Port St Lucie, FL since 1997 coming from Conesus, New York.
Before retiring he was a fork lift driver for Eastman Kodak Co. in Rochester, New York
Richard served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his daughter Donna M. Deane of Port St. Lucie, FL and he is predeceased by his wife Lucille E. Deane who died in 1987.
Services for Richard will be private.
