Dear Humburg family,

May the Lord comfort you in this time of sorrow. Loosing a loved one is always hard. Loosing a special person like Bob is even harder. It was during my time at Glaubenszentrum in 1980/81 that I met alomost all of the Humburg familiy members. My life was very much impacted by your love for our Lord and His people. I am saddened for your loss. May His peace and love be with you and comfort you. Yours, Birgit Torner Barbre (Boston, Massachussetts)

Humberg family, You all have been in my prayers since a letter was posted to our CFNI alumni group on Facebook. I attended CFNI with my family (Don & Eleanor Reese) and have very fond memories of Bob greeting and leading us. I watched your family from a distance and was so encouraged by the love you all expressed. I will never forget his overflowing love and joyous spirit. May God fill you up with His peace and joy knowing he has received his reward. I look forward to seeing him in glory. God bless.

Dearest Humburg family,
I am saddened for your loss although we all know that the celebrating in heaven is at an all time high. I know that your heavy hearts are comforted by knowing that Brother Bob is in the arms of Jesus and that he is having a wonderful time around the throne of our Lord. He will be greatly missed. I have such fond memories of hearing Brother Bob's excitement sharing Jesus. We were always treated with such honor and appreciation when we were guests at the Bible School in Germany. I know it has been so very long ago but the memories are still thought of very fondly.
May the Lord bless keep and confort all of you.
