Stephen Martin Melvin

Born in Des Moines, IA, Stephen was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 12 years, moving from Vero Beach, FL.

Mr. Melvin worked as the C.P.A/Comptroller for OASIS Outsourcing in West Palm Beach, FL for the past 16 years.

Survivors include his wife Madeleine Laplante of Port St. Lucie, FL; a stepdaughter, Charlotte Creaghan and husband Robert Happy of Petaluma, CA; a step-son Sean Creaghan of Montreal, Canada; five grandchildren Nicholas Bernate, Alex Happy and Lucas Happy, all of CA, Lily Creaghan and Sophia Creaghan, both of Canada; two brothers, Paul Melvin of Sheridan, WY, Bill Melvin of Newman Lake, Washington; one sister, Susan Mack of CO; two nephews Matthew Melvin of Billings, MT and Israel Melivn of Sheridan, W; two nieces Brandy Southard of Colorado Springs, CO. and Jane Mack of CO.

Friends and relatives may gather Saturday, January 28, 2012 from 12:00PM – 1:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home Chapel in Port St. Lucie, FL. A Memorial Service will follow Saturday, January 28, 2012, 1:00PM at the Funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to WQCS, Fort Pierce, FL or charity of choice.
