I am deeply saddened to have only just found out about my dear friend Sue's passing. Over recent years I lost contact with Sue as I was involved in a large televised project creating the software for the "World Championship of Ping Pong" which I used to organise here in the UK. The last time I was in contact with Sue was when her and Roger bought a place in Florida to refurbish, and I was fearing the worst when I could not contact her anymore. Myself and Sue worked together on many projects for clients in the UK, and her expertise using lotus script was second to none. I used to create much of the design elements and Sue did all the complicated scripts based on the clients requirements.
I will miss her dearly. Rest in peace dear Sue.

I would like to express my condolences to Sue's family. Just found out about her passing away. Like many others I have never met Sue in person but I have held contact with her over almost 20 years. She was very helpful. Thanks Sue and rest in peace.

I am saddened to learn of Sue's passing.She was a great help to me many years ago. In fact without her guidance and help my applications would not be  working today some 20 years later.Simply wonderful.

I am very sad to hear that Susan has passed. I too never met her in person, but counted on her for advice with Approach. She will be missed.

I have only just found out about her death and am very saddened to hear of it.  I can't count the number of times she helped me through her website Xpertss.com.  I still have her book on Lotus Approach, which she autographed for me and it has been and continues to be well thumbed.  I have lost my mentor.

I would like to add my condolences to this book. Sue supported my efforts to use Lotus Smartsuite via Xpertss. She was patient and generous. She will be sadly missed.

Like many others here I have only just learnt of Sue's death by searching online after finding the Xpertss site unavailable. I never met Sue in person, but she often helped with my problems with Approach and LotusScript in a full, detailed and very generous manner. Someone mentioned her online family - due to Sue's kindness the site felt like a family. Sue - and her generous and knowledgeable assistance - will be missed very much. May she rest in peace.

I reached out to Sue's site and as ever, I expected to find Sue's helping hand, but it was gone!  Sue was everything good about the web - being helped by someone you don't know, who is dedicated to solving issues.  She was quick, generous and always had a response.  My condolences to her family and all who will miss her.  I have felt saddened since I found out, with a real sense of loss.  Thank you Sue for everything.

I, too, just learned of Sue's passing when I couldn't find Xpertss on line. I will treasure memories of insightful help, great patience, and an absolutely encyclopaedic knowledge of her beloved Approach.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Sue's passing.   Since the mid-90s when I first met Sue at one of her client's New Jersey facilities, to just a few months ago when I emailed her with a few questions, my software mentor has always been there for me.  Only Sue could transform an architect by trade into a fulltime software developer.  Her dedication to helping others, coupled with her undying willingness to share her extensive knowledge and expertise, has transformed companies and improved peoples' lives (especially mine).  My sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to the family and close friends of this truly amazing woman.

Sue is going to be missed by many people who never met her, myself included.  I've been one of Sue's Xperts on Xpertss.com for many years now, helping with several of the SmartSuite poducts.  It has been a great pleasure to be associated with a kind and generous lady.

My sincerest condolences go out to Sue and Sue's family and friends. I too am one of Sue's Approach students...I was self taught and with Sue's help, her book and the Xperts' encouragement still have several database applications in my small town still up and running from 1998. Sue was very patient with me and was a wonderful teacher. I am honored to have been instructed by such an  altruistic person. I will be forever grateful to Sue...as she soars with the angels.

A legend to Lotus Approach users this exceptional woman is deeply mourned. Her memory will live on for ever in hearts and minds of her devotees of which I am one. She will be very much missed.

I've never met you, and never used the Approach newsgroup much, but I did subscribe and read.  I continued using Approach for all these 15 years for my business because I knew someone was out there if I needed help.  Your kindness and graciousness will be long remembered by me and your many followers.

My first contact with Sue was in 1998 through her xpertss.com Approach support website... She was one of the kindest and most helpful people I NEVER met... Her selfless and diligent support of our intrepid little gang of Approach misfits (including me) for over a decade is a testament to her overwhelming generosity... She is deeply missed...
