Our families have been very close over the years and have suffered many losses. Tom will be deeply missed by you all but knowing that he is heaven with family and friends is hopefully comforting. Love to you all from the Mitchell family.

Tom: you left all of us way too soon.  Your great smile, your wonderful laugh, your warm hugs and strong handshakes, however, will always be remembered.

Tom, You were such an awesome man. I enjoyed our phone calls after you moved to Fla, we had some fun at the cheese house.  You left way to soon, you were truely a real friend and a man of honor, The Ranch pizza on fridays will never be the same.  I hope to laugh with you again.

My memories of Tom are from hihg school, oil field and as a brother mason. He always put a smile on my face.On to the next big adventure.

I've known since grade school that Tom was one of the "good guys," and all these posted sentiments from folks who knew him confirm that.  You will be missed, Tom.

Tom was a gentle soul with a big smile.  He would visit our office a few times a month and we got to know one another over the past few years.  He will be missed.  My condolences to his family.

My sympathies and condolences to the McCord family for your loss. What a great guy Tom was. I will remember and cherish our times together on golf trips to Myrtle and Pinehurst and our Oldsmobile Scramble team. We had fun from the time we left Wooster till we arrived. Getting a bunch of "Nuts" together for 5-6 days was a blast. Wish we could have kept it going.

As kids we played ball together. When I think back, my memories are of a  gracious guy (kid). I will keep those thoughts about him.  That is the proper way to remember. . . especially when true.

Tom and I were best friends in High School. We lost touch for several years then got reacquainted at his cheese store in Wooster. Tom, Tim, Doug and I hanging out at Leroy's Bridge after a stop at the Pure Station are some of the best memories. I wish we could have gotten together one more time. I was lucky enough to count Tom as a friend in High school and after. He was comfortable chatting at the country club as he was with roughnecks on the oil rig. hilarious, cowboy tough, always happy to talk about his brothers and sisterswhen, caught a long touchdown pass to beat Wadsworth in football, blessed with charechter. Anytime there is a passing of life it especially pains the heart when you think of them as one of the "good" people. Tom was a kind spirit and made  you feel you mattered. Thank you Tom for pleasant memories. Your smile will be missed by all you gave it to.

Tom Was in my Bookkeeping class in high school.  He had his hair cut(shaved) short for football.  We called him "Baldy" for a while... He was a nice guy and always had a big smile!  I'm sure he will be missed by all that knew him.  My sympathy to his family.

It simply takes a breath away to lose such a gentle soul. Went to school & graduated with Tom and he was in sports with my brothers. Tom always had a smile for others, and you knew it was sincere. Prayers are with his friends and family. I am sure the love he's left will fill hearts as we all fondly remember...Rest In Peace dear soul.

 Tom my friend . We have know-en each other sense grade school. You have been my friend my brother in-law and even my e-mail friend. I will miss you dearly. Your time has come way to soon.

My condolence to the McCord family. Tom and I played basketball together at Wooster High. In school we were always joking around together, especially at basketball practice. I always considered Tom a close friend. Tom is in great hands with Jesus now.

I met Tom when I was in ^th grade. My brother had just got killed and the foorball team took me in as a little brother. Tom was one of the first guys to call me "little Juice" Tom was one of the guys that always had me sneaking ice to them during practice. I ran into him alot in the years to come and was always greeted by him calling me Juice. He was a great guy and I will always remember him.

Tom McCord was one of the nicest people I have ever known.  We were classmates and no one ever had a negative word to say about Tom because he never had a negative word to say about anyone. I am praying for his family and friends because he will surely be missed by everyone he touched. Rest in peace, dear friend.  Much love.

Thoughts and prayers of comfort are for Tom's family and those lives he has touched troughout the years. I graduated high school with Tom, and even though I didn't know him personally I remember what great sincere smile he had.

I grew up in the same neighborhood as Tom. Went to grade school, Jr. High, and High School together.  We graduated in the same class.  Tom was one person who was a friend to EVERYONE.   Never mean, never bullied, was always respectful.  Will be greatly missed.  Some people never meet a stranger.  Tom was one of them.

I haven't seen Tom since high school but remember him fondly as a funny, very nice guy.  He was very ornery but always in a good way.  I'm so sorry we have lost Tom at such a young age.  Rest in peace, old friend.

My deepest sympathy for your loss.  In the short time that I have known Tom, I looked forward to his visits to the office.  He had a way of lighting up the room when he entered it, and making us laugh by the time he left!  I will truly miss his smile.

I knew Tom at work and he was a very nice, gentle guy.  He would bring April and I ice cream  when he would come in to the office on Thursdays.  He had a great sense of humor.  He will be sorely missed.  R.I.P. Tom
