Valerie Mae Stone

She was born on March 29, 1920 in Trevorton, Pennsylvania.

Valerie spent her childhood there and married Benj G. Neihart and moved to Hollywood, FL in 1957. She was a Rosie the Riviter during the great war and later the executive housekeeper at the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, FL and a fine artist. She moved to Port St Lucie, FL in 1980.

Survivors include son, Benj Irvin Neihart, daughter Linda Rothell (Neihart), grandchildren Benj Neihart of NYC, John Neihart of Lancaster, PA, Richard Rothell of Stuart, FL, great grandchildren Logan Rothell, Stuart, FL Emma Neihart, Nicolas Neihart and Anthony Neihart of Lancaster, PA.

Proceeded in death by husband, Benj Neihart, brothers Marlin Strohecker and Wm Strohecker, sister Hannah Yurick.

A memorial service and celebration of life wil be held on Saturday March 12, 2016 at 11:00am at First Congregational Church, 2401 SE Sidonia Street, Port St Lucie, FL.
