Born in Philadelphia, PA, Vincent was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 17 years, moving from Alachua, FL.
Vincent retired as a Dade County Police officer after 30 years of service. He was a veteran of the US Air Force serving in WW II. He was of Christian faith. Vincent was a member of the Elks Lodge and the FOP both of Miami, FL.
Survivors include his daughter, Lori (Richard) Butler of Ocala, FL, and Vincent J. (Nordi) Lupinacci of Camarillo, CA, four grandchildren, Leigh, Vinnie, Michael and Stephen.
Vincent was predeceased by his son Barry Lupinacci.
A memorial service will be held at Aycock Funeral Home Chapel, Port St Lucie, at 1:30 PM on Thursday, Feb 2nd, 2012.
