Born in Boston, MA, Bill was a resident of Port St. Lucie for several years.
He served as a Guardsman for the United States Coast Guard, retiring after 25 years of service.
Survivors include his former wife, Pat Voight of Jensen Beach, FL; two step-sons, Rob Borkowski and Scott Borkowski; one niece, Beth Murphy-Wigmore of Pembroke, MA; and many family members in MA.
There will be no services.
