York, ME - Alan Boyd Upham, 67, died at his York, Maine home on Monday, December 21, 2020 with his wife Jody at his side. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer nineteen months ago. It is fitting that he died on the Winter Solstice since he loved winter and the snow that comes with it. Always ready with a story or joke, Alan was a kind, wonderful man who will be missed by many.
Alan is survived by his wife Jody (JoAnn Sernoffsky). He also leaves a son Brandon, and grandson Owen, of Rockland Massachusetts; two step daughters, Julia DeWalt of Brooklyn, New York and Rosie Bruce and her husband Jonah, of Bridgton, Maine, as well as a large extended family.
There will be no service at this time.
