

Clara was born in Buxton, ME a daughter of the late William H. & Angelina (Sprague) Moore. She grew up Lubec, ME and married Earle in July of 1964.
She sold different odds and ends at different flea markets, most in Freeport and Whiting, ME. She also raked blueberries here and there to help make ends meet.
She enjoyed and was very good at word searches and cooking, her two favorite dishes to cook were homemade beans and chop suey.
Beside her husband of 49 years, Clara is survived by her two daughters, Margaret A. Tyler and her roommate Christie of Bath and Florence B. Tyler and her companion Norman of Damariscotta, her two sons Robert E. Tyler of Millinocket and Earle K. Tyler Jr. of Island Falls, her adopted son Stanley Slocum Jr. of Norway and two grandchildren Marie and Toby. She also leaves two brothers Sonny Moore of Portland and Arthur Moore of South Portland, two sisters Mildred Garnett of Portland and Maggie Bragdon of Scarborough, a brother-in-law James Conley of Portland, several nieces and nephews, cousins Roy, Wendall, Carlton and Margie, special friends David and Mark Rasco of Machias and many other extended family and close friends including Bill and his wife of Columbia Falls, David Sargent of West Baldwin and Claudia and Dot, Miles Hudson, John Wallace and Robert Tinker all of Lubec and all the friends on the dyke in Machias.
Services will be held at a later date.
