Donna was born on August 31,1955, the youngest of six. She grew up in Portland and attended Portland High School. After high school she married Florencio Penalegan Turgo and became a mother of two. Donna was a very giving person and found great joy in sharing what she had with others. She never met a stranger and her friends were family.
Donna will be remembered always as a hard worker, having held many different positions.
She was always singing and dancing and loved to laugh. Her real joy was her family, friends, and her dog.
Donna is survived by her son, Shawn Turgo and his wife Lori, Daughter, Marcee Smith and her husband Mark, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Virginia Johnson, brothers Joey, Bobby, and Timmy, and sisters Peggy, and Brenda.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
