It is with deep sorrow and love that we mourn the passing of Eugene Philip Washington. Born on September 13, 1960 in Worcester, Massachusetts and departed from us on November 19, 2024, in Portland, Maine.
Eugene is survived by his two son’s Christopher and Anthony, four grandchildren, Sierra, Jordan, Jionni, and Briana. Along with siblings, sisters, Loretta, Cora, RoseMary and two brothers John and Michael. A host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. His family and friends will all miss his presence.
Eugene was an entrepreneur who had multiple businesses over the years including a painting business and a shoeshine and shoe repair business. A dreamer, Eugene was always looking for his next adventure. Eugene enjoyed music and loved to rap. He spent time tinkering with things but most of all he loved helping others. Eugene routinely gifted items to family and friends. His goal was to help those that he could.
Eugene’s legacy of love and giving will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him. May he rest in peace.
A private service is planned in Worcester, Massachusetts. Please keep Eugene and his family in your hearts and prayers.
