She was born in Augusta, ME on February 13, 1961 a daughter of the late Arthur and Joyce (Dagget) Hatch. She grew up in Mechanic Falls, attending Edward Little High School.
Gertrude, affectionately known as Judy, worked in different Nursing Homes, worked with Hospice and was a logistic driver for Universal Transit.
Christmas was her favorite time of year and loved being a Mimi to her five grandchildren.
She is survived by her five children Joyce E. Cooper, Tammie L. Cooper, Ronald Robinson, Joshua Robinson and Shante Dobson as well as her four grandchildren Darrynmarc, Jackson, Shante and Paige. She also leaves behind several siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was also the Mimi of the late Ciara C. Cooper.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
