She was born in Caribou, ME on December 21, 1943 a daughter of the late Earl and Hilda (Fuller) Trynor. She grew up in Portland, attending local area schools. Gladys married Lee Baron Burnham Sr. in 1963 and raised four children.
She worked at Maine Medical Center for many years, retiring about twenty years ago. Gladys loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren and could always be counted on for having candy at the ready.
She will be missed by her family including her son David Burnham and his partner Kimberly DiFazio and her daughter April Burnham and her partner Jimmy Myrick, both of Windham. She also leaves her five grandchildren Dustin, Koreylee, Cayli, Trevor and James and her great grandson Mason. She is also survived by her two sister Alfreda Murray of Dennysville, ME and Connie Richards of Portland, ME as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Lee Baron Burnham Jr. and Brenda Burnham and was the sister of the late David Trynor, Carl Trynor, Paul Trynor, Larry Trynor and Hilda Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2020.
