Harold H. Moore Ii

He was born in Portland, ME on August 25, 1959 a son of the late Harold H. & Winifred L. (Cheney) Moore. He had been a Portland resident most all of his life before moving to Barre two years ago.

Harold worked for North End Deli in Barre for the past year. Prior to that he worked delivering Pharmaceuticals for PharMarica for a few years before which he worked for several years at Shaw’s Supermarket.

He enjoyed “chasing” thunderstorms, which simply seemed awe inspiring. He also loved his cartoons, especially the Looney Tunes. He would settle down with a gallon of milk and watch one of his many DVD’s of the original Looney Tunes.

He will be sadly missed by his sister, Elite Boyd and her husband Paul of Portland as well as his six children Na-Kee Davis and her husband Scott of Scarborough, Harold H. Moore III of Portland, Jody L. Moore of Portland, Andrew J. “AJ” Moore and Jenna of Topsham, Samantha K. Moore of Rumford Point and Hope Y. Moore of Biddeford. He also leaves six grandchildren with one on the way and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private, with burial at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland.
