

Born in Lewiston April 1, 1956 a son of the late Gayton & Laurette (Pomerleau) Therrien, he was educated in Lewiston schools.
Jim worked for his father's business for 20 years before becoming disabled.
He married Darlene Paine on October 21, 1978.
Jim enjoyed the outdoors and liked camping and he loved going for rides on his four wheeler.
He is survived by his wife Darlene Paine Therrien, his three children, Brenda Therrien,
James Therrien Jr., and Laura and husband Jody Moczara; three brothers,Robert & Marion Therrien of Leeds, Marc & Lisa Therrien of Winthrop, and Scott Therrien and partner Rose of Sabattus. He was also the proud pepere of three wonderful grandchildren, Emma, Isaiah and Serenity and best friend Joline Dubois, a brother-in-law Michael Paine, a sister-in-law Brenda Fortin and husband Donald and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Fortin Group, Advantage Funeral Services, the paramedics, officer Destanfo of the Sabattus Police Department and to brothers and sisters.
Services will be private later this spring.
