He was born in Portland, ME on September 30, 1972 a son of Nancy E. Dall and the late Philip C. Day. Jeff was raised in Portland, attending local area schools and graduated from Deering High School as a member of the class of 1990.
He was a welder by trade, learning the skill on the job. He spent the last thirteen years working for Casco Bay Steel in South Portland.
Jeffrey played the guitar ever since he was a teenager, only taking a few lessons and learning the rest on his own. He loved his dog “ Sheba” and would spend many evenings playing for his dog. He was also an avid racecar fan.
Besides his mother, Nancy he is survived by his uncle Bruce Dall of Portland as well as several cousins.
There are no services scheduled at this time, a memorial service may be held at a later date.
