He is survived by his wife of 44 years Sherryl P Cyr; their children: Terri Hanson, John Cyr Jr., Sarah White, Joe Cyr, Joy Cyr and Beacher Cyr. John also leaves his sisters; Sharon Abel and Kathy Farr and many nieces and nephews, 21 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren. He will be missed by the many friends that he treated as family over the years.
There will be a gathering for family and friends this Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 4pm-6pm at 30 Liza Harmon Drive in Westbrook, all are welcome.
There will also be a celebration of John’s life at a later date for those who could not attend due to short notice for this first celebration.
