Paul David Daigle Sr.

Paul was 20 years old when he joined the army 4 months stationed at Fort Dix, NJ and became an expert marksman with the M-16 rifle and handgrenades. Paul was honorably discharged from active duty and then Paul was in the national guard for 4 years and was part of the cannon crew.

Paul loved driving trucks. He was working for Scott Ferland doing all kinds of different jobs. Paul was always there to help scott when he could. Paul was very well known by many he was a member at Midtown Athletic Club and New Auburn Social Club. He loved playing pool he was on or had his own teams for many years. He very much loved his pool. He also loved his poker games. If there was a game and he knew about it he was there ready to play. He also loved going out and having a few drinks with friends and singing his karaoke and just shooting pool and having fun with friends.

Paul loved giving to his community and helping people out with anything from food he cooked and offered everyone to eat to giving boots and coats and has gotten kids bikes. Paul loved camping with his girls and he loved playing candy bar bingo with them. Bringing his daughter to the playground and the pool to watch her play and swim and make all kinds of friends. He loved bringing them to watch the bands and to do the crafts at the beaver hall.

Paul at home loved playing Gin and dice with friends and joking around with everyone he always had a really good comeback for like everything and anything. He also was very sure that if he didnt like something he would tell you and make it known. He was very strong willed and did not let people walk on him at all. He lived his life the way he wanted to live it on his terms and didn't care who liked it or not.

Paul was predeceased by his dad Normand J Daigle and mom Arlene M (Pinette) Daigle of Eagle Lake.

Paul was married for 10 years to Michelle Allen and their children Megan Allen 15, Molly Lachance 13 and the child they share together Mercedes Allen-Daigle 7 all of Lewiston, Maine.

Paul also has 3 sons Dustin Daigle of Aroostook county Paul Daigle Jr of Biddaford,Maine and Harley Daigle of Pennsylvania and all his grandchildren.

Paul’s sisters Brenda Dionne and her husband Carlton Dionne of Biddeford,Maine also Sandra Holden and her husband Albert Holden of West Paris,Maine and all his nieces and nephews.
