Richard W. Colby Sr.

He was born in Exeter, NH on January 15, 1944 a son of the late Robert W. & Melvina O. (Webb) Colby.  He attended local area schools. 

Richard spent twenty years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, after which he worked for Pitstop Fuel until his retirement. 

He enjoyed gardening, Lilies and Sunflowers were his favorites.  He belonged to several different gardening clubs.  He also sent time playing Yahtzee and attending bible study at Larabee Village.  His true love however was the Lord and his family.

He is survived by two daughters Bonnie Colby and Sally Colby, both of Tilton, NH, a son Richard Colby Jr. and his wife Diana of Northfield, NH and a granddaughter Nancy Colby of Northfield, NH.  He also leaves two brothers Eddie Colby and his wife Helen of Calhan, CO and his twin brother Robert Colby and his wife Priscilla of Deerfield, NH, two sisters Esther Hinz and her husband Randy and Elizabeth Maud Fletcher both of Ocala, FL as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was also the brother of the late Linda Shible. 

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
