Ronald R. Rioux

He was born in Lewiston, Maine on February 13, 1948 the son of Robert L Rioux and Rachel Turcotte. He grew up in the Lewiston/Auburn area where he attended Bishop Healy’s Orphanage and Camp Don Bosco in Fayette. He graduated from St. Dominic Regional HS in 1966 and attended both the former Auburn Maine School of Commerce and the University of Southern Maine.

Later he made his home in Lisbon Falls where he married Sandra Sidelinger. He was a veteran of the US Air Force having served in the US and abroad. He had a strong interest in antiques, old books and collectibles. He was an avid genealogist. 

He was predeceased by his mother and father and a brother Raymond Champagne. He is survived by his son Randal Rioux of Columbia, Maryland, a brother Normand L. Rioux and his wife Tina of Livermore, a sister Fernande G Champagne of Lewiston, and several nieces and nephews.
