Janet K Armstrong (Janet K Troyer) was born in Limon, Colorado on September 21st, 1942. She passed away peacefully on October 3, 2026, at the age of 84. She is survived by her two brothers Darrel (and his wife Dorothy) and Dean (and his wife Connie), as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother Dee, husband Larry, and son Adam. Janet was an artist and woodworker who filled her home with a lifetime’s worth of creations. She was a devoted mom who loved to travel, take photographs, and write in her journals. She had a sharp mind and kept detailed records on pretty much everything. She was quick with a joke and was onery until the very end. Her last words were a lighthearted reminder to not take ourselves too seriously. She was loved and will be missed.
