Al is survived by his wife of 58 years, Evelyn; daughters, Christine Allen and Theresa Stow; son in law, Greg Stow; and grandchildren, Colin Allen, Monica Allen, Regan VanderGast, Lyndon VanderGast, Natalie Stow, and Brendan Stow.
Al was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph Landsberg and Elizabeth Landsberg Benson; his father in law, Milford Duncan; mother in law, Magdalene Duncan; and his daughter, Sharon Landsberg.
Al was a devoted husband and loving father. He was a proud Marine Corps serviceman and was very honored to have served his country. After the kids were grown, Al and Evelyn found a love of travel that took them all over the country. They went on several cruises with Alaska being their favourite, along with many trips to Las Vegas and other gambling junkets.
After Al retired from the printing industry, he found part time work with PNC Arena, Staff-One and LiveNation. His “part time” work kept him busy and he loved the work and meeting new people.
Thank you all for being here today and sharing in his life. We are comforted knowing that he is resting easy and is with family in heaven.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to one of the two following charities that meant a lot to Al: Band of Brothers (c/o Al Tucker, 98 W. Lincoln St, Buckhannon, WV 26201) or Marine Corps Heritage Foundation/National Museum of the Marine Corps ( http://www.usmcmuseum.com)
