Brian Anthony Bartimac, 51, passed away peacefully at his home on May 29, 2026, with his beloved dog, Miley, faithfully by his side.
Born on September 5, 1974, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, Brian was the son of John C. Bartimac and Gena Rossi Bartimac. He graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
After college, Brian settled in the Charlotte area and purchased a home in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Friends knew there was always a good chance of finding him relaxing by the pool, playing music in the background, enjoying life and welcoming anyone who stopped by.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, John C. Bartimac, who passed away on April 2, 2025, and by his beloved dog, Hunter, who held a special place in his heart.
He is survived by his loving mother, Gena Rossi Bartimac of Raleigh, North Carolina; his sister, Natalie Bartimac and her fiancé, Quincy Alleyne, of Orlando, Florida; his brother, Michael Bartimac of Raleigh, North Carolina; his faithful companion, Miley; his lifelong friends, Chad Kerner and Joey Wagoner; and a large circle of extended family members, friends, and coworkers who will forever cherish his memory.
Brian's life was defined by faith, loyalty, laughter, friendship, and love. He lived with a generous spirit, a passion for sports and music, and a commitment to helping others. He leaves behind countless memories, enduring friendships, and a legacy of kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
