Charles Ehrhart White Jr. died on July 29, 2026, at the age of 48. He was born on December 8, 1977, in Raleigh, NC. Charles graduated from Sanderson High School. He received a Computer Science degree from Wake Tech and a Gunsmithing degree from Piedmont Community College.
Charles is survived by his mother, Lee Harrison White; his fiancée, Sherry Andrews; and a large, loving, extended family. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Ehrhart White Sr., of Raleigh.
His childhood love of bugs and insects continued into adulthood with his appreciation of nature, hunting, and spending time at the beach with family. His lifelong love of animals included his squirrel Marty, quail, lizards, and his much-beloved dog Sukie. Charles had an amazing mechanical aptitude and was a skilled craftsman. He enjoyed and excelled at small engine repair and gunsmithing. Charles was always wanting to help others; he was loved by so many and will be missed.
