Dane John Sovich, 61, of Raleigh, died peacefully on Wednesday May 30, 2012. Born in Duquesne, Pennsylvania to the late Theodore and Joan Sovich, he has resided in the Raleigh-Durham area since 1987. He was a US Army veteran. Dane retired in 2007 after being self employed for many years.
Surviving are: his wife, of 38 years, Cynthia L. Rossi Sovich of Raleigh; two sons, Nicholas John Sovich and Damian Sabol Sovich, both of Raleigh; a brother, Chris Allen Sovich of Pennsylvania; and other loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be celebrated 2 PM Monday at St. Raphael the Archangel Church, 5801 Falls of Neuse Rd., Raleigh.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dane’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 215 Person St. Raleigh.
