David is survived by his mother Vilma C. Ganz Stokes of North Topsail Beach, North Carolina and his father Walter H. Quetglas of Tecumseh, Michigan; his brother Jeremy Quetglas of Wappingers Falls, New York and his brother Stephen Quetglas of Wappingers Falls, New York.
