We have been missing and will miss Diane. She was a cheerful and welcoming neighbor who always greeted us in a positive and cheerful manner. We have many fond memories of her including her well trained beloved dogs delivering the morning paper to her, neighborly visits, and her annual holiday parties in past years. She set a wonderful example of a successful business woman, as well as a successful woman with many adventures and tales in the deep sea fishing sport. From our perspective, she reflected a life well lived.

To the Family of Diane Hynes Locke,
My God Bless you all and may God give you the strength and knowing that Diane is SAFE in His Embrace for Eternity.
Although I did not know Diane, we have a mutual friend, Joan Vernon, an IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame Recipient who posted a link on her FB page and Legacy.com of Diane's passing. Diane and Joan both shared an perpetual passion for Offshore Sport & Tournament Fishing.
I also have a lifetime love of fishing from my Father who passed when I was a child and my Mother, at 90 who passed away in my arms in late 2019.
I pray for you - her Family and Friends and send my deepest condolences and empathy for your sorrow and loss.
She will be Forever in your Hearts and
Rest Peacefully in Heaven.
Warmest Regards,
