Gayle A. Johnson

Gayle is survived by daughters Jeryl Shapper; and Joanne Sappah (Rick); and son Arthur Johnson (Jennifer); grandson Jeff (Alyssa), granddaughter Kim (Jesse), grandson Robert (Erin), granddaughter Jaclyn, grandson CJ-Colin, grandson Brandon, great grandson Anthony, great granddaughter Annamarie, great grandson Calvin, great granddaughter Lillian, great granddaughter Penelope and great grandson James.

Gayle was preceded in death by father Robert L. Edwards and mother Edna Khul Edwards; as well as "her true love" Henry Schwaldenberg.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 23 from 1:00-2:00pm at Brown Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm in the Chapel.

The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 25 at George Washington Cemetery, Paramus, New Jersey.
