Gertrude Kessler Zeidman, 91, of Raleigh, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Born in New York on April 8, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Ann Kessler. Gertrude has resided in Raleigh since 1984 and was affectionately known as “Grandma” to all who met her.
Surviving are: a son, Stephen Zeidman and wife, Rebecca of Raleigh; a daughter, Meryl Zeidman of Chapel Hill; two grandchildren, Daniel and Leah Zeidman of Raleigh.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh. Burial will follow at Raleigh Hebrew Cemetery.
