Gloria Mary Ragan

Gloria was a naturalized US citizen after being born in Beausejour, Manitoba, Canada to Dolor and Wanda Wyrzykowski.

Gloria was predeceased by her husband, John Ragan, and her four siblings: two brothers, Donald and Theodore, and two sisters, Diane and Teresa.

Gloria was a long time employee in the trust department for First Citizens Bank. She was an avid bridge player her entire life, and enjoyed golf and bowling in her younger years.

Gloria is survived by her two sons, Dr. David Ragan and wife Jane, and Daniel Ragan and wife Debbie. She is also survived by her four beloved grandchildren, Christina (Eric) Stone, David Jr. (Melissa) Ragan, Stephanie (Bryan) Grosnick, and Victoria (Ivan) Carrion, and was blessed with three great grandchildren: Wyatt Stone, Annabelle Ragan, and Harper Grosnick. She is also survived by her close friend and sister in law, Marian Halperin of Orchard Park, NY.

A graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations in Gloria's memory may be made to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, or to your local food bank.
