Gwen was a 1974 graduate of Louisburg High School and retired after 30+ years of service with IBM. Gwen is survived by her mother, Eula Hill of Louisburg and her three daughters, Tarnisha Coppedge of Cary, Makisha Chavious of Raleigh and Sarita Chavious of Raleigh.
Funeral services will be held at Christian Life Fellowship Church, 3209 Gresham Lake Road, Suite 136, Raleigh, NC 27516 on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A private family interment will follow at Cedar Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Castalia, NC.
