Jeffrey was born April 3, 1955 in Lancaster, OH. He was a graduate of Sanderson High School and was owner/operator of Roy's Lawncare Services, LLC.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Roy; and sister Delight Roy Yure.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 30 years, Treggie Marion Roy; mother, Joy Rose Mills Roy; son, Jeffrey Allen Roy II; brothers, Mark Roy (Caroline), Randy Roy (Lori), and Dennis Roy; sister, Jenny Atwood.
A memorial service will be held 4pm Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC 27609. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
